our coaching philosophy

Our coaching philosophy is all about creating the right environment to ensure the correct support is provided for every individual to improve their potential; both as a player and a matured human being. We dont want our coaches to give all the answers to the players, we want them to lay the players out through examples and explanation. We want our players to exercise thinking for themselves whilst being able to express their thoughts on everything they do on and off the pitch.

We believe all the individuals have their own tools to maximize their potential, as a coach our role is to guide them until they realise when, how and where they can utilise those tools. We emphasise on their needs, learning abilities and capabilities, to bring out the best in them in order for them also to believe they can achieve what they put their mind to.

We also believe if we can mentor the players to improve their confidence, awareness, understanding of the game, their communication skills and the ability to motivate themselves. They will eventually take ownership of their responsibilities, as well as make better and more effective decisions. All of this as a standard despite all the stressful situations and external pressures that they may face on and off the pitch.
